An Evening with The High Peak Big Band
Join us on Friday Aug 16th 2024 for a great evening out with The High Peak Big Band.
The High Peak Big Band are a 17-piece ensemble performing jazz and swing music featuring talented vocalists Julia Peacock and Jules M Scott and conducted by Brian Lightowler.
Special vocal solos will be performed by trombonists Peter Boxall and Hazel Jolliffe.
The band present contemporary arrangements of music inspired by the golden age of the ballroom and the great showbands with some evergreen tunes of the musical stage.
Woodford Players is delighted to welcome The High Peak Big Band to Woodford and we look forward to you joining us for a splendid night’s entertainment.
